Transfer Out Requests

All Iceman transfers are done on a first come first served basis. Spots that are transferred will go to the next person on the waitlist. Once your spot is taken, you will receive a credit of your registration fee less $20. The $20 fee covers our transactional costs plus provides funds that are invested in to youth cycling in the area.

The 2022 transfer out application period will run from August 1st to August 31. The form will be available on this webpage starting August 1 at 9am.

Read the Following Information Carefully
Please complete this form if you would like to transfer out of the Bell's Iceman Cometh Challenge or the Meijer Slush Cup. All transfers are handled on a first come first served basis. Completing this form does NOT guarantee removal from the race.

If a person does take your available spot, you will receive a refund less $20 and less any amount you choose to donate. You will receive a credit back on the card you used to pay.

The Bell's Iceman Cometh Challenge is managed by the The Festival Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit. The mission of the Foundation is to preserve your traditions through events in the Grand Traverse Region. The Festival Foundation is funded by registrations, tickets, sponsor and generous donations from people like you.
