Each racer must pick up his or her own packet. You will be required to present your driver’s license or another appropriate form of ID when you pick up your packet. Others may not pick up packets for friends, etc.
Late Packet Pick-up
Bell’s Beer Iceman packet pick-up on Saturday morning has also moved from Kalkaska Middle School to the Municipal Parking lot in downtown Kalkaska. You can find Nancy and members of the Kalkaska Sports Booster in the old Village office building. That building is located at the corner of Walnut St and Fourth St. It is right next to the starting line so you can’t miss it. Packet pick-up will open at 7:30 AM.
Need ID You will be required to show your DRIVERS license or another appropriate form of identification when you pick up your packet. You may not pick up other riders’ packets.
New Closing Time

Ice Cycle Expo

Bell’s Beer Iceman is proud to present Ice Cycle Expo, a consumer outdoor show held in conjunction with the 2012 Bell’s Beer Iceman Cometh Challenge mountain bike race on Friday, November 2, 2012 at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa. The uniqueness of Ice Cycle Expo is a result of the calendar and that the show occurs on the cusp of the fall/winter season. In addition to bicycles and cycling products, camping equipment, outdoor clothing, car rack systems, and snowshoes will be on display and available for sale.
This year’s Ice Cycle Expo will be held in the Michigan Ballroon along with packet pick-up as well as outdoors under the big top tent!.
The 2012 Ice Cycle Expo promises to be a three ring circus this year! The Expo will be both inside and outside (under a HUGE tent) at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa. GJ's Rentals will erect and light a 220 foot long tent and Team Bob's will heat the massive enclosure so it will be just as cozy as sitting in front of the fire. Except you'll be picking up race packets and shopping for the latest cycling gear.
We promise to have the same 85 great sponsors and vendors, plus lots of room to talk about the race, weather and clothing with the other 10,000 attendees at the Expo. See you under the big top at this year's 2012 Bell's Beer Iceman Cometh Challenge!
Iceman Promotions will make a $25 donation to IMBA for each Ice Cycle Expo space sold.
