Packet Pick-Up and SRAM Ice Cycle Expo

2014 Packet Pick-Up

The 2014 packet pick-up will be held in the Governor's Ballroom and the Tower Ballroom at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa on Friday November 7th from 10:00AM until 9:00 PM
Each racer must pick up his or her own packet. You will be required to present your driver’s license or another appropriate form of ID when you pick up your packet. Others may not pick up packets for friends, etc.
Late Packet Pick-up
Bell’s Beer Iceman packet pick-up on Saturday morning has also moved from Kalkaska Middle School to the Municipal Parking lot in downtown Kalkaska. You can find Nancy and members of the Kalkaska Sports Booster in the old Village office building. That building is located at the corner of Walnut St and Fourth St. It is right next to the starting line so you can’t miss it. Packet pick-up will open at 7:30 AM.
Need ID You will be required to show your DRIVERS license or another appropriate form of identification when you pick up your packet. You may not pick up other riders’ packets.
New Closing Time
Friday’s Packet Pick-Up will close at 9:00 PM this year.

The 2014 SRAM Ice Cycle Expo

The 2014 SRAM Ice Cycle Expo opens at 10:00 am on Friday November 7th!

Bell’s Beer Iceman is proud to present SRAM Ice Cycle Expo, a consumer outdoor show held in conjunction with the 2014 Bell’s Beer Iceman Cometh Challenge mountain bike race on Friday, November 7th, 2014 at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa. The uniqueness of Ice Cycle Expo is a result of the calendar and that the show occurs on the cusp of the fall/winter season. In addition to bicycles and cycling products, camping equipment, outdoor clothing, car rack systems, and snowshoes will be on display and available for sale.

This year’s Ice Cycle Expo will be held in the Michigan Ballroom and the Tower Ballroom the two rooms are connected by a short hallway and are easliy accessed by stairs in the main lobby.

This year we have over 91 different sponsors and vendors displayed and/or sold their products over the course of the event weekend! Be sure to check out their booths for swag and the latest 2015 product information!
Sales representatives are encouraged to sell their samples, one of a kinds, closeouts, demos, seconds, and even prototypes that have accumulated in the basement so there will be some wheelin’ and dealin’ going on!!! Don’t miss this once a year buying opportunity!

Iceman Promotions will make a $25 donation to IMBA for each Ice Cycle Expo space sold.
